I'm aware the 2 criteria for successfully glamouring something is: 1- items involved in glamour must apply to your current class/race/gender/etc, and; 2- items involved in glamour must be a lower item lvl than than your current equipment to be glamoured. I have met both of these, and can't seem to get it to work.
